In December 2025, CLAM and the North Marin Water District joined forces to secure a spacious single-family home on Giacomini Way. This large home is perfect for a family that's too big for the tiny homes at 6th & B and our other smaller properties. It is in an ideal location, close to downtown Point Reyes Station and just steps from West Marin Elementary School, where the family's children can continue their education surrounded by familiar faces and friends. It's exactly the kind of stable, community-centered housing that makes all the difference for families navigating displacement.
We're delighted to share that this home is now occupied by a displaced ranch family of 5, bringing our total number of people housed from the Seashore and Martinelli Ranch to 29. This family can walk their kids to school, stay connected to their community, and build their future right here in West Marin.
We're deeply grateful to the North Marin Water District for their collaborative spirit and commitment to affordable housing, and to the generous individual donors who make our work possible. This acquisition shows what's possible when community partners come together with a shared vision.
