Thanks to this community’s inspiring generosity, we met our 2025 fundraising goal and unlocked the $250,000 match! Over the last two months of 2025, you helped us raise $679,888, bringing our total for the year to $1,020,027!

This means we have the resources to continue stewardship of our current properties and residents in 2026, and keeps us on track to advance our complex projects to meet the housing needs of the displaced ranch families.

This year showed that West Marin values keeping families housed, supporting essential workers, and building solutions together. The unprecedented collaboration, generosity, and ambition we have experienced has been truly remarkable.

“This isn’t just about numbers. It’s about ensuring that the people who sustain our community can afford to live here. The road ahead isn’t easy, but we’ve never been more confident in our ability to meet this moment. Thank you for standing with us as we build not just housing, but a more inclusive, sustainable West Marin for all.”

— Jarrod Russell, Executive Director

We are tremendously grateful for each and every gift, and for all the ways our community has supported CLAM over the years. Because of you, we can ensure that the teachers, caregivers, farmworkers, and service workers who sustain our community can remain in West Marin, and that our homes will serve families for generations to come.
