As a community land trust, our organization is entirely guided by our community, especially those who choose to become actively engaged in supporting CLAM’s work. Membership makes you a part of that work.

Become a Member

Members are residents (full-time or part-time) of West Marin who support CLAM’s mission. When you make a donation to CLAM, you become a member and an active force in supporting the creation of affordable homes in West Marin.

Membership benefits:

• Members can elect the CLAM Board of Directors. 

• Members can serve as board and/or committee members themselves.

• Members can vote on by-law changes.

• Members can have input into CLAM’s annual reports. 

• Members keep CLAM going and growing!
