Acquisition: Lower Aztec Avenue, Forest Knolls
CLAM purchased a duplex in this area in November 2025 that, with modest rehabilitation, can be quickly made ready for move in. Although outside of CLAM’s typical geographic focus area, this acquisition is close to the local high school and includes multiple bedrooms, making it suitable for two larger displaced families.
These units offer housing for 8 residents being displaced from local ranches, bringing our total to 24 people from the Seashore and Martinelli Ranch housed by CLAM.

We are tremendously grateful for each and every gift, and for all the ways our community has supported CLAM over the years. Because of you, we can ensure that the teachers, caregivers, farmworkers, and service workers who sustain our community can remain in West Marin, and that our homes will serve families for generations to come.
