This property was leased in May 2026 under a three-year agreement with a purchase option and includes 20 cottage units set on more than 15 acres along Sir Francis Drake Boulevard in Inverness. Originally built in the 1960s as an inn, the property is move-in ready, with each unit featuring a fully outfitted kitchenette, private entrance, patio, and full bath. CLAM will be utilizing this property to provide interim housing for 6 households displaced as a result of the Point Reyes National Seashore legal settlement. Long-term feasibility planning for permanent affordable housing on the site is underway concurrently.
