In 2018, CLAM sold its second affordable ownership home to a family of five. Built in 2005 and acquired by CLAM in 2017, this 3-bedroom, 2-bath home was one of seven homes intended to be sold affordably as part of the Point Reyes Affordable Homes development completed in 1999. Unexpected turns in funding forced the sale of the seven homes at market rate. CLAM’s purchase has restored one of these homes to its original intent – affordable home ownership.
