This property is a great example of a local environmental conservation nonprofit and CLAM joining forces to provide housing for a larger displaced ranch family. The property sits on the Martin Griffin Preserve covering 1,000 acres near Stinson Beach. CLAM and All Hands Ecology, who manages the Martin Griffin Preserve, have entered into a 5-year leasing agreement with the option to renew.
