At the August 26, 2025 meeting of the Marin Board of Supervisors, the Board voted to approve and authorize the purchase and sale agreement between CLAM and the County of Marin for the property located at 6th and B Streets in Point Reyes Station. Less than a year later, on July 8, 2026, CLAM hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony with its partners and the community to celebrate the completion of this property and welcome residents from the Martinelli and the Seashore ranches. The site provides interim housing for ranch families for up to five years. With a total of 14 units—12 standard two-bedroom units and 2 ADA-accessible one-bedroom units—the property has capacity for up to 66 residents.
