Your local community land trusts, Bolinas Community Land Trust (BCLT) and the Community Land Trust of West Marin (CLAM), are working to create more affordable homeownership opportunities, and we want you to be ready for them! Come discover different models of home ownership, learn about the eligibility requirements for each, evaluate your mortgage readiness and let us help you build or improve your credit.
We’re offering three workshops:
POINT REYES STATION– June 13 from 6-7:30pm at the Dance Palace Community Center
BOLINAS– June 15 from 6-7:30pm at the Bolinas Community Center
ONLINE– TBD, coming July!
