Membership

Membership makes you a part of CLAM’s work.

As a community land trust, CLAM acquires and holds land for the benefit of the community and its future generations. As a membership organization, CLAM’s success is a direct result of your participation and your financial support for the creation of affordable homes in West Marin.

Members are residents (full-time or part-time) of West Marin who support CLAM’s mission. Members elect the CLAM Board of Directors, vote on by-law changes, serve as board and/or committee members, and review CLAM’s Annual Reports. Members also provide much-needed financial support to keep CLAM going and growing.
