Mary brings over 15 years of experience in interim leadership and executive transition. During her time with us, she will guide CLAM’s business operations and work closely with the team to ensure CLAM is well prepared to facilitate the important next stage of our growth.

CLAM is at a critical juncture in our work as we focus on moving the Coast Guard project forward and consider new approaches to creating housing solutions for the community. This new staffing structure will provide capacity to advance current programs while defining CLAM’s leadership structure for this next phase of our growth.

As we take this next step, we want to acknowledge Stacey Laumann’s exceptional contributions and valuable role as Acting E.D. During a very challenging time through the pandemic, Stacey ensured CLAM's forward movement on several key projects. We are delighted that she will continue her direction of CLAM programs as our Deputy Director and be able to focus more of her energies to develop our community housing projects in these next few critical years. And we are grateful that Kim Thompson will continue her important role as Director of Community Engagement as we move forward with the Coast Guard Project.

Mary officially started her role on June 7. You can reach her at Mary@clam-ptreyes.org.
