All CLAM staff will be attending the CA CLT conference once again this year. We are excited to share space and ideas with other impactful community land trusts in California, and learn more about the shared CLT infrastructure, tenant power and community ownership, and long term stewardship.

This event is for people who are looking to support the growth of permanently affordable community-controlled land and housing in California. This landmark convening draws more than 300 attendees annually, and serves as a key relational and strategic touchpoint for community land trusts from California and other states.
